All products are made to order and will take approximately 15-18 business days from production to shipping. Tracking information will be available once your order has been processed and shipped.
If you are interested in ordering outside the US, international shipping is available although we do ask that you email us prior to ordering.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your order.
If you are approved, we'll go ahead and work on your order to get it to you in a timely manner.
